New bookings
The fastest route is the quote form. It captures everything we need in one pass, so you get a price back rather than a game of phone tag.

touching a pickup in the next 24 hours.
On the day
If you are at the kerb and cannot find your driver, call the number in your booking confirmation. It reaches someone who can see your job and your driver's location.
Corporate accounts
Account setup, monthly invoicing and cost centre reporting are handled through the corporate page.
Operating hours
Cars run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at the same price. A 4am pickup on a public holiday costs what a 2pm pickup on a Tuesday costs.
The office answers email from 7am to 9pm Melbourne time. Outside those hours, anything affecting a pickup within 24 hours is monitored and actioned.
