What you get
Corporate travel in Melbourne
One invoice a month
Every trip on one statement, itemised by passenger, date and cost centre. No expense claims, no receipts to collect.
Rates that do not move
Agreed rates held for the term of the account, so a travel budget set in July still holds in November.
Cost centres and approvals
Tag every booking to a project or department, and route bookings over a cap to an approver before they are confirmed.
Bookers, not just travellers
An assistant can book for anyone on the account and see the whole team's movements without calling us.

Questions
What are the payment terms?
Monthly invoicing on standard commercial terms once the account is approved. New accounts start on prepayment until a trading history exists.
Can we set a spend cap?
Yes. Caps can be set per booking or per traveller, and anything above routes to an approver first.
Do you handle airport runs for arriving clients?
Yes, and it is the most common use of an account. Flight tracking is included, so a delayed client is not a delayed car.
Can we report by department?
Yes. Every booking carries a cost centre and the monthly statement groups by it.
