Passenger and luggage counts are the maximum for that vehicle. If you are carrying skis, golf clubs or a pram, tell us when you book and we will size the car properly.
Fleet questions
What is the difference between a Business Sedan and an Executive Sedan?
The car and the seats are the same. A Business Sedan is a European sedan or the equivalent, whichever is allocated on the day. An Executive Sedan is the same trip with a guaranteed European sedan, a Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series or Audi A6, for a fixed amount more. If the badge does not matter to you, book the Business Sedan.
And a Premium Sedan?
A full-size limousine: Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series or Audi A8. Same three seats, considerably more room and a quieter ride. It is the car most people book for a client pickup rather than for themselves.
Which car do I need for a family?
Two adults and two children with luggage fit a Mercedes V-Class comfortably, and a pram goes in behind. A Luxury SUV takes four with four bags, so it works for a family without a pram but is tight with one.
What is the difference between the two Sprinters?
Wheelbase and luggage. The 11 seater is the short-wheelbase van and takes eleven passengers with eleven large bags. The 14 seater is the long-wheelbase and takes fourteen with fourteen. If your group is eleven with a lot of luggage, book the 14.
Is the price per person?
No, per vehicle. That is why a group in one car is cheaper per head than several smaller cars.
Can I choose the make and model?
On an Executive Sedan, a Premium Sedan or a Mercedes V-Class you are guaranteed that class of car. On the others we publish the seats and the luggage and we guarantee those, not a particular badge on the bonnet.
What if my group is larger than fourteen?
We run multiple cars on one booking with one confirmation and one invoice.
