Who flies from here
Every international carrier
All international flights into Melbourne arrive at Terminal 2, whoever you flew: Qantas, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Qatar, Etihad, United, Air New Zealand, Jetstar International and the rest. If you cleared passport control, you are at T2.
45 minutes, not 20
International arrivals get more than double the free waiting, because immigration, baggage and biosecurity are outside your control and should not be billed to you.
One arrivals hall
Every international passenger exits through the same doors, whichever airline you flew and whichever gate you parked at.
Biosecurity can be slow
If you are carrying food, wooden items or anything declarable, expect a longer queue. Your driver is watching the flight, not a stopwatch.
Where to walk
Meeting your driver
Your driver waits at the kerb outside the Terminal 2 arrivals hall. You get their name, photo and plate number by text, and because international phones often wake up late, the message is waiting for you the moment you switch off flight mode.
Before you land
A text arrives with your driver's name, photo, plate number and the exact spot to walk to.
When you land
Clear immigration, collect your bags and pass through biosecurity, then walk out of the arrivals doors. Turn your phone on when you can and your driver's details are already there.
If you are held up
You have 45 minutes of free waiting from the moment the aircraft is on the ground, and a delayed flight moves the pickup rather than costing you anything.

Terminal 2 questions
How long will you wait if I am stuck at customs?
45 minutes of free waiting from the moment the aircraft is on the ground. That is the busiest hour at passport control covered. If a queue runs genuinely long, call the number in your confirmation and we will hold the car rather than leave.
My phone has no signal until I get a local SIM. Will I find the driver?
Yes. Your confirmation email carries the driver contact and the meeting point, so it works on airport wifi with no local SIM at all. If you cannot get online, walk out of the arrivals doors and look for your name.
Can my driver meet me inside with a name board?
Yes. Kerbside is standard because it is what keeps the price down, but meet and greet inside the terminal with a name board is a $25 add-on when you book. On a first visit to Melbourne, or arriving with children after a long flight, it is usually worth it.
Do you cover very early morning international arrivals?
Yes, around the clock. A 4am arrival is priced exactly the same as a 4pm one. There is no night loading on this brand.
I am connecting to a domestic flight. Can you help?
If you are connecting airside you do not need us. If you have to collect bags and change terminals, we can move you, though Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are one connected building and walking is usually faster.
