- Flight tracked

- Kerbside pickup
Who flies from here
Every international arrival
Qantas and the Oneworld and SkyTeam carriers use Pier B; Virgin Australia and the Star Alliance carriers use Pier C. Whichever pier you come off, you clear customs into the same arrivals hall and walk out the same doors.
45 minutes from touchdown
Passport control and baggage on an international arrival are unpredictable in a way a domestic arrival is not, so the free waiting here is more than double the domestic allowance.
A long way from T2 and T3
Runway 16R/34L runs between this terminal and the domestic ones. Sydney Airport tells connecting passengers to allow 30 minutes to an hour. A car is the only way across that is not a train or a shuttle.
Customs is the variable
Nothing predicts how long the queue is. Your driver is tracking the aircraft, not the clock, and waits without charging you for the part neither of us controls.
Where to walk
Meeting your driver
Your driver waits at the kerb outside the T1 arrivals hall. You get their name, photo and plate number by text while you are still in the baggage hall, along with the exact spot to walk to.
Before you land
A text arrives with your driver's name, photo, plate number and the exact spot to walk to.
When you land
Clear customs, collect your bag and walk out through the arrivals doors. Your driver has been watching the flight since it left and is at the kerb before you are.
If you are held up
You have 45 minutes of free waiting from the moment the aircraft is on the ground, and a delayed flight moves the pickup rather than costing you anything.

Terminal 1 questions
How long will you wait if customs is slow?
45 minutes from the moment the aircraft is on the ground, free. Beyond that we stay in touch rather than leaving, and waiting time is only ever charged after we have spoken to you.
I land at T1 and my booking says T2.
Tell us and we fix it, but the flight number already tells us. T1 and T2 are on opposite sides of the runways, so this is the one Sydney mix-up that actually costs time.
Can you meet me inside?
Yes. A meet-and-greet inside the arrivals hall with a name board is available on request when you book. Kerbside is the default because it is faster.
What about the airport curfew?
No aircraft take off or land between 11pm and 6am, so the very late arrival does not exist at Sydney. If your flight is scheduled into the 11pm shoulder we watch it closely, because those are the ones that get pushed to the next morning.
Is the fare different from T1?
No. The fare is set by where you are going, not which terminal you left from.
