Terminal 2 is the domestic terminal for everyone except Qantas. It shares a building line with Terminal 3, so if your booking names the wrong one of the two it is a short walk rather than a problem.

Virgin Australia, Jetstar, Rex and Link
Every domestic carrier other than Qantas arrives here. If you are on a VA, JQ, ZL or FC flight number from Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, the Gold Coast or a regional New South Wales port, this is your terminal.
Next door to T3
Terminals 2 and 3 sit side by side on the same road. Walking between them takes a few minutes, which is why a wrong-terminal booking here is an inconvenience rather than a missed pickup.
Nowhere near T1
The international terminal is on the other side of the runways. If you are connecting from an international flight, that leg is a drive, not a walk.
Domestic timing
No customs and no immigration, so most people are outside within 15 minutes of the aircraft parking. Carry-on only and it is closer to five.

Your driver waits at the kerb outside the Terminal 2 arrivals doors. You get their name, photo and plate number by text before you land, along with the exact spot to walk to.

Collect your bag and walk straight out. Your driver is already tracking the flight and moves to the kerb as you land.

Terminal 2 questions
Which airlines are at T2?
Virgin Australia, Jetstar, Rex and Link. Qantas and QantasLink are next door at Terminal 3.
My booking says T3 but I landed at T2.
Walk out and tell us, or say nothing at all: we work the terminal out from the flight number. The two are a few minutes apart on foot.
How long is the run to the CBD?
Sydney Airport is 8 km from the city, so the distance is short and the traffic decides. We quote a fixed price either way, so a slow run costs you nothing extra.
Do you charge for a delayed flight?
No. We track the flight and move the pickup. You are charged for the transfer, not for the airline's timekeeping.
Can you take a group from T2?
Yes. A V-Class takes seven, a Sprinter eleven or fourteen, and for more than that we run several cars on one booking.
