Every Qantas and QantasLink domestic flight into Sydney arrives here. If your flight number starts with QF and you are coming from another Australian city, this is your terminal. International Qantas flights land at Terminal 1.
One airline, one rhythm
A terminal used by a single carrier runs to a steadier pattern than a shared one, so the walk from seat to kerb here varies less than anywhere else at Sydney.
Next door to T2
Terminals 2 and 3 share a road and a walkway. A booking that names the wrong one of the pair costs you a few minutes on foot, not a missed car.
Qantas international is elsewhere
A QF flight from overseas arrives at Terminal 1, on the far side of the runways. Same airline, different side of the airport.

Your driver waits at the kerb outside the Terminal 3 arrivals doors. You get their name, photo and plate number by text before you land, along with the exact spot to walk to.

Terminal 3 questions
Is T3 only Qantas?
Yes. Terminal 3 is Qantas and QantasLink domestic. Every other domestic airline is at Terminal 2 next door.
I am connecting from an international Qantas flight.
You land at Terminal 1, on the other side of the runways, and Sydney Airport advises 30 minutes to an hour for that transfer. Book the pickup from T1, not T3.
What if I only have carry-on?
Tell us when you book and we bring the pickup forward. With no bag to collect you can be at the kerb five minutes after the aircraft parks.
Do you charge for a delayed flight?
No. We track the flight and move the pickup rather than charging you for it.
Can I book a return at the same time?
Yes, and it is priced as two legs on one booking with one confirmation.
