The airport is being rebuilt
Melbourne Airport is moving pickup for Terminals 1, 2 and 3 into a new transport hub due to open late 2026, on Level 2 and about 285 metres from the terminals. Terminal 4 keeps its own arrangement on Level 1. This is why we send your driver's location by text rather than printing a zone name and hoping it still exists.

Which terminal will I arrive at?
Terminal 1: Qantas and QantasLink. Terminal 2: Every international carrier. Terminal 3: Virgin Australia domestic. Terminal 4: Jetstar, Rex and Link Airways.
Do I need to tell you my terminal?
No. Give us the flight number and we work out the terminal, the scheduled arrival and the actual arrival ourselves.
Where will my driver be?
