Travellers crossing a modern airport terminal

Sydney Airport

Terminalsand Pickup

Three terminals, one kerb each. Give us your flight number and we tell you exactly where to walk, by text, before you land.

Worth knowing

There is a curfew

No aircraft takes off or lands at Sydney between 11pm and 6am, with a limited number of approved movements in the 11pm to midnight and 5am to 6am shoulders. The very late arrival that exists in Melbourne and Perth does not exist here, and a flight scheduled into the 11pm shoulder is the one most likely to be pushed to the next morning. We watch those closely.

Common questions

Which terminal will I arrive at?

Terminal 1: Every international arrival. Terminal 2: Virgin Australia, Jetstar, Rex and Link. Terminal 3: Qantas and QantasLink, and nothing else.

Do I need to tell you my terminal?

No. Give us the flight number and we work out the terminal, the scheduled arrival and the actual arrival ourselves.

Where will my driver be?

At the kerb outside your arrivals hall. We text you the current instruction rather than expecting you to remember a zone name, because pickup areas at Sydney Airport change.
